Heather Milliken

Heather Milliken joins CSA after a career in child development. As a member of Denise Natishan’s team, she works to build relationships with her clients and candidates. She is a good listener and a clear communicator who creates a sense of urgency for her clients. Heather works to become a true business partner and an extension of the human resource team. She knows how critical it is to find the right match for both client and candidate as top talent is what makes great companies even better.

When she is not recruiting, Heather is chauffeuring her children to school or sports in addition to volunteering her time with her church and community. She coordinates the snack pack program for a local middle school and is a youth sponsor for the teens in her church.
