Our Process
Step 1
We review your most recent resume and agree that we can add value and would like to work together.
Step 2
You provide a method of payment (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) to begin. We email you comprehensive worksheets to complete. (These are great preparation for interviewing.)
Step 3
You return the completed worksheets with any additional helpful documents (e.g., reference letters, performance evaluations, relevant job descriptions). We review your materials and contact you via email or phone if we have questions before we begin writing.
Step 4
Within 5-7 work days of receiving your materials, we email your resume (Word and PDF formats) for your review. The Word file is designed for you to be able to make future updates.
Step 5
We work with you to fine-tune any changes and arrive at the final document we will keep on file for you as a backup should you ever need it.
Step 6
With your approval, as an optional last step, we can enter the final document into our CSA internal database to be considered for opportunities.
