David Bates

Since joining CSA in 2010 David has developed a record of success recruiting and placing candidates with client companies in Bentonville, as well as in markets like Minneapolis, Chicago, Seattle, and Boston. Along with traditional CPG companies his clients include a cross section of national shopper marketing agencies, third party retail brokers, and data analytic firms. Prior to entering the executive recruitment field David’s professional career focused on sales and sales management in the broadcast media business and the advertising/marketing agency industry.

Married for over 20 years David and his wife Amy have one daughter, Hayden and a son, Michael. His passions include snow skiing, traveling with his family, and a life-long devotion to the Arkansas Razorbacks.
