As a complement to our Retained Searches, CSA provides an Executive Onboarding program beginning as soon as a candidate accepts the role. Through a partnership with the new hire and hiring manager, we provide hours of executive coaching tailored to creating a smooth transition, while also showing the new hire that you are committed to their success in your organization.
Executive Coaching, Team Building, and Negotiation Training packages are also available. When working with our talent development team, you will be partnering with seasoned veterans that worked in leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart, Tyson, Unilever, and Coca-Cola.

HOGAN
Three core personality assessments:
- Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – measures the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what a person desires and strives to attain. (values & drivers)
- Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) measures the bright-side personality – characteristics that describe how people relate to others when they are at their best (day to day)
- Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures the dark-side personality – interpersonal behavior that can be strengths, but when overused can cause problems at work and in life (under stress)
MBTI
The best reason to choose the MBTI instrument to discover your personality type is that hundreds of studies over the past 40 years have proven the instrument to be both valid and reliable. In other words, it measures what it says it does (validity) and produces the same results when given more than once (reliability). When you want an accurate profile of your personality type, ask if the instrument you plan to use has been validated.
PRISM
CSA is offering through CommercialSolutions the PRISM assessment, a comprehensive neuroscience behavior-based tool.
CommercialSolutions provide simple, fast, and accurate insights into a candidate’s behavior preferences, allowing clients to make better and more accurate decisions during the recruitment process.
CommercialSolutions works with clients to create Success Blueprints™, identifying the ‘DNA’ across 22 dimensions that makes individuals successful in specific job roles. This enables clients to quickly and efficiently find candidates who, based on fit, are most likely to excel in each role.

Gene Eggman, VP of Talent Development Services, leads CSA’s Talent Assessment, Executive Coaching and Professional Development programs. Prior to CSA, Gene was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Pace Industries, a privately held manufacturing company consisting of 4500 employees across 15 facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. Gene’s background also consists of 10 years at the Headquarters of Tyson Foods headquarters where he was the Corporate Organizational Development Manager for a $6 billion Food Service Division and a Director of HR Operations overseeing 13 HR Managers in Tyson’s Refrigerated and Deli Food Divisions.
Gene is a Certified HOGAN Practitioner, BEST WORK Practitioner, MBTI Assessment Step I + Step II Instrument Certified, and leads CSA’s partnerships with CommercialSolutions and PRISM Testing.
